[{"content":{"text":"Today, Schell Games<\/u><\/a>, a leading game development company specializing in entertainment and educational experiences, announced two appointments to the Schell Games leadership team<\/u><\/a> and the expansion of its Station Square Office.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>Russell \u201cRuss\u201d Ball was promoted from Principal Engineering Manager to Vice President of Engineering. Matt Mahon was formerly the Vice President of Engineering, and is now Vice President of Project Direction.\u00a0<\/p>Russ Ball<\/strong>, VP of Engineering, has been with Schell Games for 11 years. In his new role, he oversees all aspects of Schell Games\u2019 engineering efforts and coordinates the technical design of the company\u2019s projects. <\/em>Russ has worked in the games industry since 2004 and has worked on projects for companies in the entertainment, healthcare, education, hospitality, and theme park industries.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>Matt Mahon<\/strong>, VP of Project Direction, joined Schell Games 16 years ago. In his new role, Matt is responsible for growing the project director role at the company to help current and future project directors establish conventions, workflows, and best practices for project leadership.
