This collaborative effort between Vibrant Pittsburgh and the Allegheny Conference on Community Development assesses employer diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices against industry best practices. Schell Games was one of eleven local employers that earned the Vibrant Champion designation by scoring at or above 95% in all nine categories of the diagnostic. Notably, Schell Games is one of only six employers to achieve this designation in multiple years.
