[{"content":{"text":" For the third year running, Schell Games was named one of winners of the 2023 US GamesIndustry.Biz Best Places to Work Awards in the Best Mid-Sized Companies Category (50 - 200 employees). More than 50 US companies signed up to take part, with 14 winners in total. The GamesIndustry. Biz Best Places to Work Awards is all about making the games industry a better place to work, and the awards themselves are ultimately decided by an in-depth survey of employees. All winners went through the Best Places To Work Awards judging process. Each participant had to fill in an employer form that asked questions around pay, holiday, benefits, social activity, and more. This was marked by the GI.Biz team and was worth 20% of the final score. The second part of the juding process invovled an employee survey. GI.Biz sent more than 50 statements for staff for them to anonymously agree or disagree with. The survey covered numerous topics including working environment, work\/life balance, management, diversity and more. This was worth 80% of the final score. Schell Games is honored to receive this designation for the third year in a row, and the company is committed to continuing to making the games indsutry a better place to work.
