Starisnotsus imagined the Vigilante in their true form, capturing the menace of this do-NO-gooder perfectly. Look at that insidious squint of the visor. Look at that gigantic hat to obscure identity. Look at those...wait, are those tighty whities? Someone give that nerd a swirly.
